3. How phmob Uses Your Personal Data

10. Children and Minors
phmob's services are strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. phmob does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, any associated data deleted, and any balances forfeited.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
phmob reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time.
